     RUN the batch file FROMJOHN.BAT either from Windows 3.1's File
     Manager or from the DOS Prompt. The batch file FROMJOHN.BAT uses
     READ.COM to load the Help and tutorial file =inside= RES2SFX.BAT
     (yes, that's correct, I put the Help File inside the batch file)
